The Harmony Pillows
wholesale order form is secured by a GoDaddy Turbo SSL secure
website certificate. Our shopping cart accepts all
major credit cards through the secure and reputable services
of PayPal. If you prefer not to
use e-commerce, you may send your written order along with
a check or money order to: Harmony Pillows, P.O. Box 9291,
Warwick, RI 02889.
Customer Privacy
Harmony Pillows values the privacy
of all customers. We do not share or sell any customer information
at any time with any third party. Any information that we
collect will be used solely for the purposes of communicating
with our customers regarding orders, customer service issues
and promotional information.
Wholesale
Availability
Fabrics may be limited and may change without notice. Similar
fabrics and colors may be substituted without notification.
If a product becomes out of stock and unavailable after an
order has been placed, you will be notified promptly.
Delivery
Orders will be delivered in a timely fashion.
Please request your desired delivery date during checkout.
You will receive a delivery date confirmation within 48 hours
of your order. Orders requesting immediate delivery will normally
be shipped within 15 working days unless notified otherwise.
Seasonal delays may occur, please order in advance to ensure
timely delivery.
Shipping
and Handling
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and UPS, whichever
is most appropriate to the size of the order. Buyer will pay
shipping and insurance costs, which will be added to the final
price in the shopping cart. Insurance cost includes all handling
fees.
Product
Guarantee
Harmony Pillows guarantees that all items will be shipped
without defects in materials or workmanship. If you are not
completely satisfied with any of the products you receive
please contact us immediately. Harmony Pillows can not
be responsible for damages which occur during normal use and
care, or during return shipping.
Returns
and Refunds
Returns are accepted in exchange for other goods only. No
cash refunds are offered. Items returned must be received
in same condition as offered. Requests for returns must be
made within 5 days after item has been received by buyer.
Return
requests will be evaluated
on an individual basis. Our customer's satisfaction is very
important to us. Please include a detailed description with
your request.
